Tumblr founder David Karp has unveiled the redesign of the south Williamsburg condo he purchased for $1.6 million in early 2012. Featured in New York Times’ T Magazine, the minimalistic Brooklyn apartment features stretches of rough wood floors and a great deal of open space.
“It’s mildly steampunk,” adds John Gachot, the principal designer who worked with Karp on the renovation. He also designed the West Village home of Marc Jacobs.
