After flipping the Brody House in Holmby Hills, which Napster founder Sean Parker purchased for $55 million, comedian Ellen DeGeneres and actress Portia de Rossi have acquired a stunning condo in Beverly Hills.

The Hollywood couple bought an entire floor in the posh Beverly West building on the Wilshire Corridor for $16 million. The 22 story tower includes a fitness center, a pool, dedicated elevators, a full service concierge, and a 24-hour staff. Also, the couple’s penthouse has amazing views of the Los Angeles Country Club, Bel Air and the Hollywood Hills.

“Ellen and Portia just purchased an entire floor of a luxury building in Beverly Hills. It is very centrally located, right in the heart of everything that they do in Hollywood. They still have the land and the space they love in Santa Barbara, but this spot offers the convenience that they need,” a source states.

The building at 1200 Club View Drive was designed by Los Angeles architect Richard Keating, whose projects include the Gas Company Tower office building in downtown Los Angeles and numerous residential high-rises. Each unit features a different designer, showcasing the home collections from David Sutherland, Christian Liaigre, Ralph Lauren’s City Modern, Armani/Casa, and James Perse’s Malibu Collection. A majority of the units are priced at more than $1,500 a square foot and top out at $3,495 a foot.
