The first new creation in almost 100 years, and a recently re-discovered lost treasure will be presented to an international audience for the first time, before they return to the secrecy of their very private collections.

Faberge_Pearl_eggThe film unveils the real story about how the lost Imperial Egg was discovered by a scrap metal dealer after all these years and eventually sold privately for an estimated $30 million. It will also give a exquisite close-up detail of the first ‘Imperial Class’ Egg produced for 99 years. The Pearl Egg was commissioned to mark 100 years since the production of the last Imperial Egg for Tsar Nicolas II. A spectacular objet d’art, it features over 3,000 diamonds and natural pearls.

Fabergé: A Life of Its Own has collected many awards like Outstanding Achievement in Filmmaking at Newport Beach Film Festival, Best Documentary at Palm Beach International Film Festival and the Jury Award: Documentary at the Beverly Hills Film Festival.
