Even though it comes with a celebrity name attached to it, the 66th-floor apartment at the Park Imperial further reduces its asking price to lure buyers. Sean Combs, aka P. Diddy’s condominium unit in Midtown Manhattan is once again back on the market for $6.99 million, down from its original 2012 asking price of $8.5 million.Puffy-Park-ImperialIn 2014, the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo had been listed for $7.9 million. It was bought by Diddy for $3.82 million in 2005. The 46 year old american rapper’s pad located at the award winning luxury condominium towers at 230 West 56th Street spreads over 2,300 square feet. It also comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, an eat-in chef’s kitchen, a 90-inch built-in flat-screen television, a piano room, a Creston system that controls sound in each room and expansive views of Central Park.
