Today’s Daily Dream home combines a few of our favorite things-  a Fifth Avenue location, a high-fashion owner, and a reasonable price for a fully-furnished pad.

930 Fifth Avenue is a new listing from RPMiller Realty Group on the market for $3.15 million.

Fun fact: the co-op is currently owned by Neiman Marcus’ CEO, Karen Katz.

Available furnished or unfurnished, the Emory Roth-designed pad is located in pre-war building elevators, a doorman, storage and a fitness room, just steps from shopping, dining, museums and nightlife.

Inside, the newly-renovated home features restored parquet floors, oversized thermopane windows, and central air and heat.

A full dining room is ideal for entertaining, and captures a side view of Central Park with abundant natural light. In the separate living room, discover a faux fireplace, 9-foot beamed ceilings, and elegant moldings, with sliding glass doors that offer entry into a second bedroom that could also be used as a library or alcove office.

The master bedroom (large enough for a king-sized bed) features an ensuite bath with rainmaker showerhead.

The rare (for NYC, anyway) eat-in kitchen features Subzero appliances including a wine cooler , an Asko dishwasher, Wolf oven/stove, plenty of counter space, and abundant natural light.

Maintenance fees run about $2,200 per month.
