Duh, winning! Twitter user and unemployed actor Charlie Sheen has reportedly purchased the former Beverly Hills, Calif. home of Mike Medavoy, one of the producers of the Oscar nominated film “Black Swan,” for $7.5 million. The public records show that the Phoenix Pictures CEO Mr. Medavoy bought the mansion just several months ago for $6 million.

This 10,000 square-foot Mediterranean home is supposedly for his ex-wife Denise Richards according to AOL Real Estate. Located in a guard-gated community, the home has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, study room, gym, and game and media room. There is also a master suite with a spa-like bathroom, walk in closets and a balcony. Outdoor features include a pool, spa and living pavilions.
