Brooklyn is the most populous of New York City’s five boroughs and it take $32 million to own a 11,000-square-foot condo there. Brooklyn’s most expensive condo has been listed again by Hedge fund Stuart Leaf and his wife.

That moment it dawned upon them that they both had been home for three hours but the space was so massive neither realized it. This incident triggered the 53-year-old founder of Cadogan Management to take the decision to list it with Karen and Alan Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty. Asking $32 million, the unit is the priciest condo ever to hit the market in Brooklyn.
