Brooklyn is the most populous of New York City’s five boroughs and it take $32 million to own a 11,000-square-foot condo there. Brooklyn’s most expensive condo has been listed again by Hedge fund Stuart Leaf and his wife.
The couple realized that they don’t need the sprawling condo located at One Brooklyn Bridge Park which is a combination of nine units spanning three floors. A few months ago, Stuart Leaf was sitting in his Brooklyn Heights apartment when he got a call from his wife asking when he’d be home. That moment it dawned upon them that they both had been home for three hours but the space was so massive neither realized it. This incident triggered the 53-year-old founder of Cadogan Management to take the decision to list it with Karen and Alan Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty. Asking $32 million, the unit is the priciest condo ever to hit the market in Brooklyn.
The one-of-a-kind penthouse residence boasts spectacular sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline including Brooklyn Bridge Park, Statue of Liberty, downtown New York City skyline and the Brooklyn Bridge from almost every room and terrace.
Spreading over the 10th, 11th and 12th floors of the One Brooklyn Bridge Park, the condo is home to six bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half-baths. Oversized living room and eat-in chefs kitchen makes it ideal for entertaining guests. 
The apartment also has a 3,500-bottle wine room off the dining room, a gym with a rock-climbing wall and a screening room, as well as two deeded parking spaces downstairs.
