Apple continues to move into the streaming music business with the inking of a deal with Warner Music Group.

Apple Internet radio has now signed deals with Warner and Universal Music Group as it gears up to the battle Pandora and Spotify in the streaming music realm.

Apple’s offering will be called iRadio, and it will reportedly be free and rely on advertising. The service will be made available on all Apple devices, such as iPhones, iPads and iPods.

How can iRadio be different than its rivals? There are reports that iRadio will allow users to skip as many songs as they want.

Expect the service to be unveiled at Apple’s World Wide Developer Conference on June 10-14.

A key to the deal is that Apple will give Warner 10% of the revenue – more than double what Pandora receives.

Next in Apple’s sights is Sony Music Entertainment. Expect a similar deal with Sony to be struck soon.
