Dolce Hotels and Resorts’ newest property, Ravella at Lake Las Vegas, opens its doors today and welcomes guests to an unexpected Las Vegas destination where the desert gives way to a radiant lake, white sandy beach and lush grounds in a romantic, Italian-inspired oasis.

Basking in year-round sunshine, Ravella is a sprawling 349-room-and-suite resort situated on the shores of the largest privately owned man-made lake in the country. Located just 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip on the site of the former Ritz-Carlton® at Lake Las Vegas, Ravella offers an escape from the city’s frenetic energy with its relaxing beach; kayaking, boating and fly fishing; nearby Jack Nicklaus golf course; and hiking and jogging trails. Ravella features a 30,000-square-foot Mediterranean-inspired spa, salon and fitness center; 39,000 square feet of meeting and social event space; Vegas’s only over-water chapel; multiple lounge and dining experiences; and more. Working in concert with the picturesque Lake Las Vegas community, Ravella guests enjoy stunning vistas, miles of green, two marinas, and a neighboring Village reminiscent of Europe’s colorful waterside communities with scenic walking streets of boutiques and restaurants.

Guests of the former Ritz will experience a much more contemporary ambiance at Ravella, including a totally redesigned lobby that serves as a high-energy, social gathering spot. Its expansive, bright and lively Firenze Lounge spans three distinct areas for guests to relax with something to eat, plug in their laptop, or socialize over coffee or cocktails. A cafe transforms throughout the day to meet the needs of guests. Guests can stop by in the morning for a coffee or breakfast pastry, or in the evening for tapas or a decadent dessert. A second area serves as an ideal spot to catch up on work with its convenient connectivity hubs and free Wi-Fi, or to check out the day’s news on large plasma screens. The central gathering spot is a place to catch up with friends over a game of backgammon, or enjoy a cocktail on the outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. Ravella guests also now have privileged access to The Village Lake Las Vegas and can bill restaurant meals to their hotel rooms. Focused on affordable luxury, Ravella’s room rates start at $120 per night. Nevada residents also enjoy a 25-percent locals discount with valid Nevada ID.

“We’re very pleased to open Ravella’s doors today and mark Dolce’s entrance into the Las Vegas market,” said Steven a. Rudnitsky, Dolce’s president and chief executive officer. “Serving as both an ideal business destination and charming locale for leisure travelers, Ravella’s unique ambiance, impeccable amenities and affordable price points will draw visitors seeking a new kind of Vegas experience, and locals who see it as a perfect escape.”

With a focus on superior events, Ravella’s inspiring environment provides an ideal backdrop for corporate retreats, large-scale meetings, weddings and more. Its al fresco venues offer meeting planners a unique option for lakeside events. Brides-to-be will enjoy the breathtaking views and charm of the Mediterranean-inspired destination and romantic venues such as La Capella di Amore, Ravella’s over-water chapel located on the iconic Ponte Vecchio Bridge; Florentine Garden; Tuscany Courtyard; and private beach with its tranquil waterfall.

Impeccable hospitality and creative personalized attention join with an incredible array of amenities to provide each guest an unforgettable stay at Ravella. For more information about Ravella at Lake Las Vegas, or to make a reservation, visit www.RavellaVegas.com or call 888.810.0440.
