Tom Brady’s house, a $20 million mansion that took 3 years to build, is finally complete. The New England Patriots quarterback and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, acquired the 3.75-acre lot for $11 million in 2008 and spent $20 million on building their very private, but large, dream home. The location of Tom and Gisele’s home is in the luxurious Brentwood community outside Los Angeles, and their neighbors include actor/ex-Californa governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and supermodel Heidi Klum.

Tom and Gisele’s amazing 22,000 square foot house, which is surrounded by a moat, includes all modern amenities — and features eight bedrooms, a six-car garage, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool with spa, a nursery for baby Benjamin, an elevator, a massive play area for children, a weight room for Tom to train in and a wine cellar. It’s like their own private Californian resort.

Gisele, however, was quite involved with making the home “go green.” She instructed the builder to integrate the home with a variety of environmentally-conscious additions, including solar energy panels, energy-efficient appliances and sustainable building materials.
