Steven Spielberg Sells Malibu Estate For $35 Million

Steven Spielberg hits the headlines, not for the release of some blockbuster but for the sale of his estate in Malibu’s celebrity haven of Broad Beach. The American director and his wife Kate Capshaw have made an off-market agreement to sell their oceanfront Malibu residence for about $35 million.stevenspeilberg_malibuThough the identity of the buyer is yet unknown, Variety reports that the 1.08-acre  double-lot property comes with a 7,237 square feet Craftsman style residence. The Jurassic Park director’s home features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The the multi-winged main house has four bedrooms on the ground floor and three more upstairs. The extensive master suite holds a private library and massage room that overlooks the ocean. Two more bedrooms are nestled in the separate guesthouse.
