Wear haute couture up your fingers….with designer nail appliqués. Revlon has teamed up with New York based brand Marchesa to roll out a collection of 3D nail appliqués which are inspired by the label’s signature designs.
It isn’t necessary to make a statement by donning an elaborate creation from the designer’s latest lineup. Revlon by Marchesa 3D Jewel Appliqués has been launched to make it easy for glamoristas to indulge when it comes to nails.
This limited edition collection of intricate, textured nail decals is made available in 8 red-carpet ready shades. Easy to apply, these stick-on art works are gilded and studded to up the oomph factor right on your finger tips.
Marchesa co-founder and designer Georgina Chapman states, “When we were first approached by Revlon about a potential collaboration, Keren and I were really excited about the chance to partner with an iconic brand that believes, as we do, in making a woman feel beautiful while remaining true to herself. Through Revlon’s incredible global reach, we will be able to bring a little piece of Marchesa to women around the world.” Keren Craig is also the co-founder of Marchesa.
The collaboration isn’t just limited to these nail appliqués. It is reported that Revlon by Marchesa collections will soon include nail polish, lip, eye, and other beauty tools.
Here is a step by step guide to flaunt some fashion on your tips?
1. Select the size that best fits nail.
2. Applique should not touch skin or cuticle. Press applique firmly over entire surface of nail.
3. Fold remaining applique over natural tip and remove excess material by filing in a sideways motion in one direction.
