Fendi celebrates the opening of its new Madison Avenue opening as well as the 3Baguette Bag project. To felicitate the milestone, Karl Lagefeld hosted a dinner attended by the elite A-listers of the industry. Though a pre-dinner cocktail held at the store kick-started the festivity in the evening, it was Karl’s bash that escalated the merrymaking to its fullest.fendi_Madison_avenue_rihanna_karl_lagerfeldHosting the celebration on the 83rd floor of One57, when asked what he thinks of the apartment, he modestly commented, “It’s beautiful and I like it for a party. I’m not sure I’d like it for living… It’s a little like being on a showcase, no?” It is the same Midtown Manhattan skyscraper we are talking about that made it to the news as one of its penthouse recently sold for $100 million making it the most expensive apartment in NYC.
