Anne Hathaway and her husband, actor and producer Adam Shulman, have bought a $2.55 million Upper West Side co-op penthouse in Manhattan, New York City.Anne_Hathaway_Upper_West_Side_penthouse_1The American actress, who has been sporting a baby bump recently, has settled for the two-bedroom apartment on West 74th Street, just half a block away from Central Park.

Anne_Hathaway_Upper_West_Side_penthouse_3The 1,200-square-foot penthouse comes with a planted terrace, skylights in both bedrooms, wood-burning fireplace and an 18-foot ceiling in the kitchen. It is located in a five-story building which is known as an “Urbane Neo-Georgian Mansion,” a part of a set of mansions designed on that street that were built in 1904. Anne_Hathaway_Upper_West_Side_penthouse_4The couple has reportedly sold their $4.25 million Dumbo loft in the Clocktower building in July 2014.
