Actor Mel Gibson recently re-listed his Lavender Hill Farm on the Malibu real estate market with a million dollar price cut, going from $12,750,000 down to $11,750,000. The home was first listed for $14.5 million in March 2010. Lavender Hill Farm is located in the premier and private Serra Retreat part of Malibu. Situated on 2.56 acres, the home was originally built by composer Leonard Rosenman in 1979 and was later owned by musician Rick Springfield. According to property records, Gibson and Robyn bought the home in 1989.
