Consumer Reports reviewed seven popular diets, and determined that Jenny Craig produces the best results. The likely reasons people report success with the Jenny Craig diet is that their food is prepared, and there is one-on-one counseling available. These things come at a price – with food costing upwards of $500/month. Those costs put up a barrier for many consumers.
