‘The Book of Mormon’ nabs 14 Tony nominations

South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone have taken Broadway by storm with ‘The Book of Morman’, getting 14 Tony nominations for their musical comedy (co-created with Robert Lopez) about Mormon missionaries who travel to Africa.

The musical ‘The Scottsboro Boys’ received 12 nominations, and the revival of “Anything Goes” had nine.
