Clarence Clemons, the legendary saxophonist Bruce Springsteen, has died following complications from a stroke he suffered last week. He was 69.

Clemons, know as ‘the big man’, was the saxophone player for the E Street Band for four decades, and his larger-than-life persona blended well with Springsteen’s hard rocking, blue collar demeanor. Clemons had recently played on Lady Gaga’s album – and had performed with her on American Idol.
