Ferrari Opens Pop Up Store In Monterey For Car Week.

Monterey Car Week and Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance is the single most important luxury car event in the United States and Ferrari again will be at the center of it. This event allows luxury car manufacturers to not just celebrate their past, but also connect with new customers. That’s exactly what Ferrari hopes to do by opening Casa Ferrari Carmel. Located on Route 1 in Carmel Highlands, Casa Ferrari will be open from August 12th to 16th. In addition Ferrari be the featured marque on the lawn at the 2015 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

The location for Casa Ferrari Carmel was chosen for its white walls, red trim and terracotta roof, a design meant to evoke Enzo Ferrari’s house in the Fiorano. It will feature new cars, merchandise and amenities. A different classic Ferrari will be exhibited each day on the Casa’s Piazza. Legends scheduled to appear on the Piazza include: the 1954 500 Mondial Spyder formerly owned by Porfiro Rubirosa, whose many romances included Marilyn Monroe and Rita Hayworth; one of just four 1954 250 Monzas ever built; the 250 LM, a 1st Place Winner of the 1965 24 Hours of LeMans; the 275 GTB Competizione, which captured third overall in the 1965 24 Hours of LeMans; and the 1955/56 410 Sport which won “1st in Class” at Pebble in 2012.

The complete range of contemporary Ferraris, including the brand new Ferrari 488 GTB, FF and California T grand tourers, and F12 Berlinetta will also be on display. You can pull into the Ferrari Pit Stop at the Casa which offers a full-service gas station. And if you want to walk away with a souvenir, Ferrari merchandise will be available at the Ferrari General Store and at the Casa Enzo and Caffé Ferrari visitors will be able to enjoy Italian foods and beverages.

Casa Ferrari Carmel, located at 70 CA-1 in Carmel Highlands/Carmel-by-the-Sea, will be open from 9am-6pm from Wednesday, August 12, to Sunday, August 16. Admission is free and open to the public.
