Forbes is out with 2013 list of 100 most powerful celebrities and it doesn’t come as surprise that America’s most popular TV talk show queen Oprah Winfrey leads the pack. Oprah Winfrey regained the No. 1 slot and emerged as the world’s most powerful celeb after sitting on second place for two years.
